When you have a phone with bluetooth on it how do you get it on your computer?

I have a stupid tracfone, I don't want to wast anymore minutes sending the pics on my phone to my email. My mom says that if we find out how to get the bluetooth working on the computer then it will work with my phone. But how do I do that?

ur gonna have to insert ur phone to ur computer, then synchronize it, then download it. n thats wen u can put da bluetooth on ur computer, but dat still depends on what kind of computer u got. cause some old computers wont b able to have a bluetooth access.
