is there a way to get bluetooth on my laptop?

like, is there any software that i can download to enable my laptop to have bluetooth? cuz i have a cell phone and the only way i can put music on it is by using bluetooth to transport my songs onto it. so, yeah, how do i get bluetooth on my laptop
