I am looking for a hands free voice dialer. It must have the following
1) work on android gingerbread (2.3.6)
2) work on a galaxy ace phone
3) does not need internet connection
4) Must work with bluetooth
my bluetooth headset has the ability (blue parrot-road warrior B250XT), but I need an app to use.

Any help is much appreciated.
Prefer free, but I don't mind paying for an accurate and reliable system.
