I recently got a Bluetooth headset from a friend who wasn't using this one anymore. I went to add it to the list of trusted devices on my cell phone and it asks for a passkey. Any idea what this might be? Is it one of the number/letter combinations on the back? Is there a standard one? My friend can't remember. The model for this is a Motorola H700.
I recently upgraded my phone, when trying to pair my bluetooth it asked for a passkey which I didn't have to use to pair with my old phone. I went to the motorola website, chose the support option, and looked up the user manual for my specific model and found it was just 0000 (4 zeros).
Good luck to you! If 0000 doesn't work, maybe you have a different model than I, and in that case just look up the user manual on the maker site.
