LG HBM 560 Bluetooth Volume Adjustment?

I have an LG bluetooth. It seems to have a standard volume setting, I dont hear a difference while turning it up or down. Any ideas? i dont have the manual for it anymore. Also I have tried going through my phone and I'm unable to find anything.
