Just bought a new 2nd gen 16GB iTouch. How do I access the Bluetooth functionality?

One of the selling points was its BT capability. The user manual shows nothing about Bluetooth in it. I paid $299 for it as a gift at apple.com just last week - to my knowledge, they only have the 2nd gen ones for sale there, and everyone else's 2nd gen ones are priced at $299, so I'm *pretty sure* I have a 2nd gen.

Oh, and before anyoen corrects me: Apple does refer to it as an iTouch on their site. It's not just called an "iPod Touch". Some folks on here get real snarky about it.

I have the 32 gig itouch and I don't know how to do that but I would Really like to know that would help me alot with my school work cuz my iPod is like my Central command center of my life
