How do you pair Samsung WEP301 bluetooth headset with Dell Inspiron WIDCOMM

bluetooth device?
i got a new headset and the DELL inspiron doesnt detect it although it is detected throught my imate jasjar .. the bluetooth device of my dell is widcomm .. do you have any idea how can i detect the headset?
