how do I fix my bluetooth on my computer?
I have hp pavilion and it has blue-tooth capabilities installed on it. just recently it started giving me problems. I am able to send things, via blue-tooth, to my cellphone, but I cannot from my phone to the computer. The phone recognizes the computer but will not connect.
I have tried connecting other people phones to the computer and it still did NOT work. I
I have also went into the device manager, disabled the device then reinstalled it.
I've checked for updates, and could not find anything. I've been on vista's and hp's website searching for help, bc my warranty ran out.
When I open the device manager there is an exclamation point next to bluetooh peripheral devices. I cannot do anything with this, disableing, enableing. nothing works! so if u could please help me!
