GPS: Sony NV-U83T Bluetooth?

Im trying to connect my Sony NV-U83T gps to my Samsung Sgh-t429
i want to connect it so i can do handsfree talking in the car it connects to my old sidekick 3 phone but not the samsung sgh-t429

somebody help
