Does Bluetooth count as Data/Megabyte usage?

The question may be a bit confusing, but it was the best I could come up with. Anyways, Verizon Wireless has a 2$ for every megabyte policy(unless you get the unlimited Data Plan). So I was wondering, if you don't have unlimited data,do you get charged per megabyte when you transfer files through Bluetooth(mobile to mobile)?

no bluetooth is free ,and it can be used for handsfree headset(thay make bluetooth headsets for cellphone )the link is for some more info on bluetooth

no it is free if you have bluetooth on your cell phone and by the way you can't send files through bluetooth on verizion it is blocked
