Dell XPS M1330 Bluetooth Problem?
Hello - Just got this Dell for XMas and already exchanged it for a new one as the microphone didn't work. I thought this one was all set but now the bluetooth isn't working for some reason.
Upon reinstalling Microsoft Home and Office, I also attached my bluetooth mouse and used it for a while. A few hours later I realized the mouse wasn't work so tried to set it up again. The error message says the discoverability and connection settings will not be saved.
Under Bluetooth device status it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."
I reported it but there is apparently no available solution. This is my first laptop and I am frustrated. I didn't spend a fortune on it but am thinking I am going to have nothing but problems with this? Please help. Thanks in advance.
