Dell Bluetooth Problem?

I recently re-installed windows xp. I tried to get the bluetooth working but all I get it "activate bluetooth using fn+f2 or radio on off switch"

I am using a Dell Inspiron E1705
Downgraded from vista to xp before, worked fine. Reinstalled xp now, doesnt work...

HELP!
