car stereo's with bluetooth, any good? or is parrots dedicated unit better?

i am looking for good call quality, strong pic-up mic etc, I know the parrot device is pretty good,

But i like the idea of these new car stereos with built in BT, but not sure how good the call quality is!

any advice would be appreciated!
