Can anyone recommend a good "Forum" for asking questions about bluetooth devices?

Here is a brief desciption of my question....

I have installed a bluetooth adapter, and added three devices (mobile phones) this was done through control panel > bluetooth devices.

Thats great, and i can transfer files to and from the computer, but i can only do this when you right click on a device and select control > so that you go to "bluetooth operations and settings"

I basically wanted to know if this is normal...

Because the three devices i have will not connect on there own.
(ie) sending a file through one phone to the computer will not connect, but it will connect instantly if you go through "bluetooth operations and settings" from the computer..

And access all the files on the bluetooth device.

I am using windows vista home premium
