Built in Bluetooth Problem And configuration?

Hello, I have an Asus Z62E laptop Which has a Built in bluetooth But My bluetooth Isn't Working I installed The Bluetooth Driver But still It Doest detect the message says please plug in Bluetooth Device Im using Xp 2 hmm and the driver is in my asus CD but if i installed it say please plug in bluetooth device i already turned on the bluetooth device on wireless console 2 but still didnt work plss help me or contact me on yahoo messanger yahoo id: larrymark_2003
