Is a Bluetooth USB adapter(dongle) all I need to use my wireless headset
with my laptop?? I just got a Bluetooth wireless headset, and I want to use it as a mic and earphone with my laptop, but I dont think I have an internal Bluetooth module/card. So my question is, if I buy one of those Bluetooth USB adapters/dongle, is that all I need, or do I need to buy the internal card??

Usually when you buy the dongle, the software comes with it.

As far as I'm aware, just the bluetooth dongle will be ok, though you may need to get a specific one for the headset. You will obviously need to change some settings when you have your headset connected via bluetooth.
