Bluetooth JABRA BT 8040 with Vista to use Skype?

Gurus,
I brought a Jabra BT 8040 to use it for voice chat in skype. No matter how i configure it, doesnt work on Vista. I can get the headset to work but not the Mic. I really dont understand what the matter is. Previously i could use a nokia BT with XP for voice chat successfully.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

mine doesn't even connect with my vista PC at all!!!
