bluetooth.. how to set up? how can i use it?

i just bought a blackberry pearl.. it has bluetooth option... should i buy anything to be able to use it? how can i set it? i have never used it

the first and easiest thing to get to use w/ bluetooth is a bluetooth headset. ok, then u might want to step up to a bluetooth usb adapter; it will allow u to move files,pics,and music frm ur pc to ur blackberry; wirelessly.
