I have a Toshiba Satellite L50-A013.
Just yesterday, I had upgraded from Win 8 to Win 8.1
Bluetooth File Transfer used to work alright on Windows 8, but now, I can't even see a 'Bluetooth' option anywhere. NO WHERE AT ALL. I've searched the net for this so much but no real fucking help.

I've searched 'Bluetooth'. Nothing related to it, anywhere. Nothing showing up about it in the search.
There is no Bluetooth option in Settings>PC & Devices or anywhere in Settings.
Checked Device Manager and under System Devices, I could find 'Bluetooth ACPI' listed. The drivers are up to date, it says.

Nothing else. When I try sending a file by right-clicking it & selecting 'send to a Bluetooth Device', it says fquirt.exe can not be found.

What am I supposed to do?
