Bluetooth Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Internal (3.0 + Enhanced Data Rate)?

I have dell vostro1400 having Bluetooth Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Internal (3.0 + Enhanced Data Rate). But the light is not indicating. It has the indicator but it never works. when i installed the driver that was in the CD given by dell, then after installation a dialog box prompts to press fn+f2 and at the bottom a button (cancel installation) appears.
fn+f2 doesn't work also the launch manager has bluetooth in disabled form and Wifi in enabled form. Plz if someone has the same laptop and do tell me.
