Acer Aspire 4920 bluetooth doesnt work?

Okay so I try sending things to my phone from my computer, i connect to my phone and everything and then it fails after like 3 percent of the sending done or something. And i cant find my driver device for bluetooth in my device manager either. Usually I can find the drivers for bluetooth in there. Like the Periphiral bluetooth device or w/e. but i dont know, the drivers arent there! Yet i can still turn on my bluetooth and everything.

What do i do?
