What is a quality, reasonably priced BlueRay Player?

I'm looking to buy my brother a BlueRay Disc Player soon, and I was wondering what would be the best option? He's been looking to buy one himself, and I know that he's looking to have the nicest he can afford. I'd really like to buy it for him, but I've only got so much money.

So I've been researching, and my best bet right now is this one:

But I'm still not sure. Any suggestions? And what kind of features would he be missing out on if I went with this one?
