It was released on the 23rd and all I can find is Blue-Ray versions, but I don't have a Blue-Ray player. ;-;

Is there any way I can get the new Fairy Tail part five on DVD instead of Blue-Ray?

Funimation's release comes with both Bluray and DVD discs. They don't have a DVD-only version, so you're pretty much forced to get both.
