My Blu-Ray Drive might be locked?

I bought a notebook with Blu-Ray/DVD Drive and I watched a movie yesterday. The problem is that despite the fact that on the movie pack was written"for all regions", my drive can't play anything else since then, dvd, cd etc. Is there anything I can do to fix that? (I just don't want to send it for service so soon).
