how do you know if a blu-ray disk is region locked ?

I went to HMV today and they said they dont know.. and it dusnt even say on the back.. i know that som r region locked nd most r free.. but how do u knw which is which ?

Most, buddy, will be locked with DRM to a specific region. Just assume it.
