'heroes' on blueray problem?

dose anyone have any of the heroes seasons on blueray?? if you do you could you hale me out...i have season 2 and 3 on blue and on both the picture and picture commentirty sound dosent work...the video of the commentiry works but all i hear is the episode...am i doing somthing wrong?? i even looked and yes it says the picture and picture volume is on high! PLEASE HELP!!!! thank you
