Does the new Modern Warfare 2 xbox come with a blue ray player?

No, The xbox never has or never will have blu-ray. They may have it in the xbox 540 which they are already making. The Plastation 3 has a blu-ray player. Also sony doesn't own blu-ray thats whats taking over dvd's.

Although the Xbox will never play bluray discs, you can mux a MKV into MP4 and put it on a hard drive and plug using USB. You will get high defintion picture using the Xbox HDMI. Let me know if you need further info.

I know it works because I hav got Xbox360 & PS3 and I can't tell the picture quality apart.

No im pretty sure blu-ray will not be in any other videogame consoles other then playstaions because sony owns blu-ray and playstation so microsoft and nintendo will have to try and come up with thier own format.
