Converting Blu-Ray into WMVHD or Divx HD?

how can this be done? reason i am asking i wish to backup all my Blue-ray / HD movies to the hard drive in My Movies folder so that i can then play them back at 1080pp or 720pp but to rip them onto the hard drive, i also want to beable to play them back through windows media centre via the remote control?
