720p vs Blue-Ray: I download 720p content from Mininova...how does the picture

quality compare to blue-ray? How does the picture quality of the 720p movies I download from torrent sites like Mininova compare to actual Blueray?

Are these 720p movies uploaded on the net ripped from actual blue-ray?

Therefore when I burn a 720p I've downloaded onto a DVD9...its as good as a blue-ray disk?
