Can you get apps like 'Temple Run 1&2'' and 'Subway Surf' etc. on a Blackberry Z10?

I just looked through app world and only saw similar suggestions. If the developers make the app it'll be there. Apps are being added everyday so there will be more. One game it does have is Angry Birds.

You can not get those exact apps, but you can get apps similar, but they are not as good as the originals
