I'm using Vuze as by torrent client, and my internet speed is about 3-5 mbps, really fast when i download other stuff, but when i download torrents im lucky if i get past 10.0kbps. ive looked at videos on youtube and none of them helped, does anyone know what the problem is or a solution?

right click on the downloading torrent ...check the speed ....set upload 1kbps...and download unlimited.....SEE.....if nothing changed...then make
upload also unlimited...and check...give maximum banwidth....
-if you have modem internet connection Nothing cant be done
-if you have lan connection then start torrent wait for increase in seeds and peers then close connection from server and look at the spees...
I did it my speed was 10-16 kbps....then rises to 208kbps.....Try if you can....

This happend when the other side (other computers) wont upload.

make sure the torrent has alot of seeder than leecher, also try using a different torrent client
