are there any bittorrent clients that aren't .exe?
I need a bittorrent clien for my laptop but cant use installers, so anything .exe won't work, please help me

An .exe file isn't necessarily an installer. An .exe is a windows executable or a windows application. You're probably not going to be able to find a windows application that isn't an .exe file.
