my current regional ISP is great and doesn't throttle bittorrent. however, the monthly bandwidth limit is only 60 GB.

so i looked at some other ISP sites including TekSavvy, Videotron, and Acanac (i didn't even bother with Bell and Rogers, because they throttle BT) and they all offer much higher monthly bandwidth and even unlimited for a little more per month. Which of these would you recommend and has the fastest speeds? and if there are better ones could you tell me? thanks.
