...they turn off ur cable? My mom signed a contract for FREE digital converters, and they DIDN'T work, so she returned them, but then later on they shut off our cable!!!

Why? Or are they allowed to? We didn't get cable from them, we were getting it for FREE from our apartment building, so why did they shut it off????!!!!
