okay well i am a complete retartd and i upgraded to 3.0 without being on the devloper thingy and now my phone is messd upppp!!! So my question is IF I PAY THE 0 TO JOIN THE DEVOLPER PROGRAM WILL MY IPHONE WORK AGAIN? PLZ HELP I REALLY NEED HELP
