There are two young boys camping out in a back garden telling each other stories.

One story is about a kid that steals a farmers growth formula to make flies bigger which he then tortures by tearing their wings off, bakes them in buns and gives them to his mother etc. The farmer gets wise to the boy and gives him some extra strength formula which then make the flies giant. The flies then tear the boys arms off much like he tore their wings off.

Another story is about a kid at school who finds a monster that lives in the toilet that tries to eat him. He eventually tricks a school bully into been eaten.

One of the two boys from the beginning says his friends stories are not true, and the friend asks his dad to prove they are true. The dad then reveals he is the toilet monster from the school story and the film ends.

I saw this film on tv not so long ago and do not know the name. Please if you have any idea what this film is called, please help.
