hey just asking whats the difference between PAL xbox 360 and a NTSC xbox 360 does it mean a PAL one can only play games that are PAL and NTSC one can only play games that are NTSC? cause im buying a xbox 360 from china and seeing if it can play the games here where i live which is New Zealand does anyone know if it can??
