Obtaining a Turkish cell phone?
I would like to call a friend in Turkey. However, I live in the States and it's getting to expensive to call using my cell as I am using daytime minutes and haivng to purchase a phone card. Does anyone know hwere I can purchase a 2nd cell that will give me a Turikish cell phone number so that it will be cheaper to call my friend's Turkish cell phone number from here in the states?
