No shaver socket - where do I plug in my electric toothbrush?

Hi

I need to re-charge my electric toothbrush but have moved to a flat that doesn't have a shaver socket in the wall in the bathroom (two horizontal holes).

Can I get adapters that plug into normal sockets?
(I live in Amsterdam so I have the european sockets).

Why don't electric toothbrushes have normal plugs?!

Thanks
