well my television keeps going funny & then sometimes the picture goes off all together, and then the computer screen, the picture keeps going funny and lines come across the screen, what is it due to and how can i stop it? its only just started doing it tonight. <3

the tv could be your cable service, but im guessing your monitor is a tube? when you start seeing lines in a picture tube it is on the decline. and no tube is worth the repair.
