Ipod wont play videos!!?

When i try to play a video on my ipod it doesnt work. Its in the right format (mp4) and still dont know whats happening, themusic plays but the video...this is basically what happens: http://www.nelsok.com/video/ipod_video_2999
soory the video is a bit bluurry
