    Is the iPod REALLY all that?????

    I have a classic 20g and it froze up on me for no reason and doesn't work now...just wondering if the iPods were really all ppl think they are cracked up to be? Any recommendations on OTHER brands/types of MP3 players out there? I'm not looking to spend a fortune, so if there is one that is awesome with an awesome price, that would be great to know about.

    I would also like one that does pictures definately, possibly video.
