If I upgrade my unlocked iPhone Software to 2.0 and it becomes locked. Can I

then use software to unlock it? I have an unlocked iPhone (1.1.4). I would like to download the 2.0 software update for it but am lead to believe this will lock the phone.
Will I be able to use the software I used to unlock it in the first place in order to use it again but with 2.0 software? I used iLiberty to unlock it.
