I get "Warning! File Format Error" trying to open .avi downloaded
videos.RockChip usb mp3 usb device. I tried opening converted MPEG files, the screen flashes the warning.All play fine when opened on the pc."Manual" is no help but says to use video convert tool V3.X.All music,photos,recordings and fm are perfect. Welcome screen says 'Mini MP4 Player'. It is a 4gig.I'm pretty good with devices, this one is frustrating.Did the whole route w/dvd shrink,dvdfab,any video converter,Apex free,etc.Some are saved as xvid/.avi some are .avi.They do not open,keep getting the Warning! message. Please, only serious answers will be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
