I cant find the audio output device on my audio manager?

Realtec HD Audio Manager tells me that the speakers are plugged in, but no sound comes
When I open up my playback devices it says "No audio devices are installed"
I think i disabled the playback device
i have no way to reinstall my NEC speakers
It could be anything
HOW DO I GET IT BACK?
