How to transfer edited digital video to HDCAM, or DigiBeta (NTSC)?

I edited some digital videos and was asked to send in HDCAM, or DigiBeta (NTSC) format not DVD. I am confused. How do I get my files out from my computer and transfer to HDCAM, or DigiBeta (NTSC)?
