How do you clean a dvd player with a cleaning disc when the player won't play discs?
I accidentally placed a dvd in the player upside down. Once I caught my mistake I took it out but now no disc, including the clean disc will play. It's very odd, the disc that went in upside down wasn't dirty. I clean the player on a regular basis, I can't believe that putting in a movie upside down would even be a problem, I know I've done it in the past. How do I clean the contact point if the clean disc won't start?
