How do I upload my video from my camcorder to youtube?

I'm have a Canon DC210 camcorder, and I finalized my videos and put them on the computer, and I want to edit them with movie maker, but I think it's the wrong format. Help? I want to upload the edited video to youtube. I have tried this program called VideoStudio...but I want to use MovieMaker because I know how to upload that.

try to convert the movie to MPEG (use SUPER from erightsoft.com) then have it uploaded in youtube

It's better to edit your dvd .vob files thru Ulead Video Studio as this video editing application pre-processes the vob files internally to be compatible with VStudio, whereas, if you go the wmmaker route, you wud still have a complication, i.e., convert .vob to .avi or .wmv thru another video converter, since .vob is not supported by wmmaker.
The sharing/ finishing for upload is similar for both...thru Neptune.
Try VS.
