How Do I Get My Dish Network Cable Box Working After Pop Got Spilled In it?

My Cable Box That Is Dish Network Got Pop Spilled In It And It Wont Turn Back On And I've Cleaned It With Alcohol Pads And Dried It Out With A Blow Drier And It Still Wont Work......Please Help Me
