This may be a stupid question, but I just got Rock Band for the XBox 360 and I'm not really familiar with XBox (my fiance always sets up the games - I'm not much of a gamer). I'm trying to figure out how I can simultaneously sing and play guitar. The game implies that this can be done using the headset. I've been trying to get the standard 360 headset to work, but it's not registering at all. I used the Rock Band adapter, plugged the headset into the controller, started a multiplayer game signing in both the guitar and the mic, but when I started to sing, it didn't register my voice. So if someone could just give me a step by step guide to setting the headset up for this game from start to finish, I would really appreciate it. Don't leave anything out, because I'm not very familiar with XBox (or Rock Band for that matter - I just got the game last night). Thanks so much!
